Christmas on December 25, holds a very special meaning for Christians across the world as they rejoice the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is a time for joy, togetherness and sharing.The celebrations begin days before as Christmas trees are decorated, homes, shops and streets are brought to life with beautiful lights and festivity is in the air. On the Christmas eve, people attend a special midnight mass at the church.

Christmas carols are sung and children enact plays telling the events of the nativity. On Christmas day, the festive spirit is shared by enjoying a feast together and exchanging gifts. Christmas holds plenty of excitement and fun for children, as they wait for Santa Claus to come down through their chimney at midnight and bring them special gifts.
